SLC35F2 is Essential for Proliferation and Osteogenic Differentiation of Bone Marrow-Derived Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells

We compared the gene expression at each passage stage in two cell lines. Human mesenchymal stem cells, hMSC, was cultured in MesenPRO RS medium (Gibco, 12746012) supplemented with 2 mM L-glutamine (Gibco, 25030-81) and 1 % Penicillin-Streptomycin (Gibco, 15140-122) at 37 ℃ in a humidified atmosphere of 5 % CO2. Total RNA was extracted from cell samples using ISOGEN (Nippon gene).DNA microarray was performed by using a SurePrint G3 Human GE 8 × 60 K Microarray Kit (G4851A) and a Low Input Quick Amp Labeling Kit, 1 color (Agilent).
