资源简介:
Paracentropogon rubripinnis, a member of Tetrarogidae, is distributed in southern Japan and the southern Korean peninsula of the northwest Pacific. This species is bottom-dwelling fish and has venomous dorsal spines that can cause human injuries and considerable pain. It has been suggested that fish venom can have strong pharmacological significance and medical values. Here, we present a first draft of reference genome assembly for P. rubripinnis constructed using long reads sequences. The genome was assembled into 421 scaffolds (N50 = 4.9Mb), with a total size of 0.92 Gb, with 98.1% assembly completeness analyzed by BUSCO.
