HP1gamma/Cbx3 is one of the components of heterochromatin and strongly expressed in neural stem cells and neurospheres. To evaluate the functions of HP1gamma, gene expressions in wild-type and HP1gamma KO neurospheres were compared. Neurospheres from one embryonic brain at E14.5 were cultured as one sample. Total RNAs from quaternary neurospheres were extracted for analyses. Two or Three replicates were performed for each experiment.
