The study explores the role of RNA methylation in the regulation of gut epithelial morphogenesis. Overall design: Colonic crypt cells were isolated from 3 pairs of M14(flox/flox) and M14(flox/flox);Villin-Cre mice. The cells from each genotype were pooled and used for scRNA-seq.
