A global 1km solar photovoltaic raster dataset

This dataset is based on Kruitwagen, L., Story, K.T., Friedrich, J. et al. (2021): A global inventory of photovoltaic solar energy generating units. Nature 598, 604–610 (2021). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-021-03957-7 and the corresponding dataset (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5005868). The data provided here is rasterized to a standard GeoTIFF file with global extent at 30 arc seconds spatial resolution, which may be easier to handle for some users.
