Metagenomes of two tillage treatments from three agricultural trials

Two tillage treatments sampled from three agricultural field trials in Frick (Switzerland), Moškanjci (Slovenia) and Juchowo (Poland) were used for a shotgun sequencing. The aim was to study the influence of different tillage intensities on microbial community structure and functionality in soils with different properties. Functional analysis focused on genes catalyzing the biosynthesis and export of exo- and lipopolysaccharides.
