Osteoblast transcriptional profiles of smooth and microrough surfaces. Rattus norvegicus

The purpose of this study was to compare gene expression of osteoblasts on two titanium surfaces with different surface topographies. Osteoblasts derived from rat femur were cultured on smooth and microrough titanium surfaces. RNA was extracted from the cultured cells and sequence data was obtained by Hiseq.
