State of Aadhaar Survey 2017-18 Questionnaires

Contains the SurveyCTO questionnaires for each of the three states in which the survey was conducted (Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, and West Bengal). Note that we have included the final English version of the questionnaire for all three states. However, the survey was administered in the most prevalent local language of each state: Telugu in Andhra Pradesh, Hindi in Rajasthan, and Bengali in West Bengal.
