In the present study we will present Single Virus Genomics method, which allows us to obtain a new vision to explore the uncultured viriosphere, in this case, of human’s oral cavity.Our purpose is to compare genetic diversity and abundance of saliva virus between healthy people and people affected by some kind of inmune disease.
