Four Lentisphaerae family metagenome assembled genomes from the South Atlantic Ocean. Genome announcement

Here, we present four Lentisphaerae metagenome assembled genomes (MAGs) from the epipelagic zone of the South Atlantic Ocean. The four medium to high quality genomes belonging to the family of Lentisphaeraceae, ranged from 4.86 Mbp to 5.46 Mbp and harboured capacity to produce secondary metabolites. This genomic resource will aid in the investigation of this bacteria phylum’s genetic potential and lack of known diversity.
