Genome wide identification of potential odontogenic genes involved in the dental epithelium-mesenchymal interaction during early odontogenesis

To explore the the gene profile during epithelium-mesenchymal interaction in early odontogenesis. Weperformed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the dental mesenchymal and epithelium group at two different timepoints, E11.5 and E13.5 respectively. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the dental mesenchymal and epithelium group at two different timepoints, E11.5 and E13.5 respectively.
