Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14 transcriptomes during static cultivation in BHI

PA1414 (PAO1 locus tag) is a previously uncharacterized Pseudomonas aeruginosa gene that is highly expressed in various types of human infection. This gene was also found to be highly induced under low oxygen conditions. Here we obtained the transcriptomes of P. aeruginosa PA14 during static growth (a low oxygen condition) in Brain Heart Infusion (BHI) broth supplemented with 50 mM nitrate to directly examine the transcript abundance of PA1414.
