Raman spectra of three particles from Juara using a Raman spectrometer

Sample Description and Raman Measurement
Raman measurements were conducted using a Horiba Raman system at Lund University. The system was equipped with multiple excitation laser wavelengths (532 nm, 633 nm, and 785 nm), which were optimized to enhance the identification and detection of microplastics. Calibration of the instrument was performed prior to all measurements to ensure spectral accuracy and reproducibility. The analyzed microplastic samples were collected from Juara and labeled as JB_S05_A_F_1, JB_S05_A_M_1, and JB_S05_B_M_1. Each sample was carefully examined to determine the optimal laser excitation that would minimize fluorescence interference while maximizing Raman signal intensity for reliable spectral interpretation.
