Effect of LLC1 tumor cell conditioned medium on RNA expression in mouse osteoblasts (MC3T3 cells)

MC3T3 osteoblasts were grown in culture medium in the presence of 10 mM beta-glycerophosphate and and 100 micro g per mL of ascorbic acid and 25% LLC1 conditioned medium or vehicle for 7 days. Cells were lysed an RNA was isolated. The goal of the experiment was to determine the effect of LLC1 conditioned medium on MC3T3 cell RNA expression . To this end, MC3T3 cells will grown in medium supporting mineralization. Cells which treated with either LLC1 conditioned medium or vehicle for 7 days.
