Gene expression profile at single cell level of CD45+ cells that were isolated from the lung of anti-PD-1 Ab-treated young or aged mice

In tumor-bearing aged mice, abberant immune cells are expected to be accumulated in damaged lung of aged mice in response to anti-PD-1 therapy. To identify subpopulation responsible for the lung damage, we analyzed for differences in CD45+ immune cell components isolated from the lung of young and aged mice, using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). Overall design: After 3 times of administration with anti-PD-1 Ab, CD45+ cells were isolated from the lung of MC38 tumor-bearing young or aged mice using magnetic sorting and dead cell removing.
