Medical Image Segmenter (MIS) is a software tool for semi-manual segmentation of 3D medical images in the DICOM format. The image should be acquired along the axial direction. <br>MIS facilitates the manual segmentation of medical images by using a segmentation algorithm based on thresholding and connected-component analysis.<br>
