aThe entire gene expression data set was filtered to exclude probes whose expression was not at least 20% in at least one out of the six 24-hour samples (24 H), six 48-hour samples (48 H), or twelve 72-hour samples (72 H). The statistics reported are based only on those probes that met this criterion. Half of the samples from each time point were treated with forskolin (F) and the remainder served as controls (C). Showed in boldface are the statistics for the list of genes defined to be differentially expressed using p<0.05 and fold-change >2.
