Updated Compilation of Photometric Measurements for T- and Y-Type Brown Dwarfs

Compilation of observational MKO, Spitzer, and WISE photometry for 480 T- and Y-type brown dwarfs. This is version 2, updated on November 13 2025. Data for 15 sources in version 1 (published in ApJ) have been corrected.
