Status of current urban planning documents at the sub-communal scale in Maine-et-Loire(49)

In five years, Maine-et-Loire has grown from 381 to 177 municipalities. In addition, the planning authority was transferred to intercommunities in part of the territory. Pending the introduction of new urban planning documents, those already approved remain enforceable.
As part of its tasks, the DDT follows all the planning procedures for the competent authorities.
This table shows the effective planning documents and the main proceedings in progress for municipalities that have merged pending approval of a new document on a higher scale. This information is extracted from SUDOCUH.
