This is a workshop for TraRECo, a de novo transcriptome assembler with read error correction, developed by S. Yoon.The workshop include MATLAB scripts to implement the assembly and configuration file for the read data provided.Read data must be separately downloaded with accession code SRX062280.<br>Require MATLAB 2009 or later. A C-compiler that can be used for mex-setup. System memory at leat 8GB.
