Transcriptome analysis of silver-treated Staphylococcus aureus

An antibiotic-resistant strain of Staphylococcus aureus was treated with sub-lethal concentration of a silver formulation (SilverSol), and its gene expression profile was compared with that of control at the whole transcriptome level.
