CGCI-BLGSP

DICOM converted whole slide images of H&E-stained and immunohistochemistry-stained tissue sections from 388 subjects in the Burkitt Lymphoma Genome Sequencing Project (BLGSP), a collaborative effort between NCI and the Foundation for Burkitt Lymphoma Research. The collection includes 1,933 slides with H&E, BCL2, BCL6, CD10, Ki-67, CD20, CD3, and other stains on both formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded and frozen tissue sections. The original Aperio SVS slide images were obtained from the GDC and converted to DICOM Slide Microscopy format.
