Ten wetland soils were collected in 2022 and 2023 from different regions of China. Soil microbial DNA was extracted from soil samples before and after the experiment we organized. Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform was used for DNA sequencing, targeting on V4 region of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene with primers 515F and 806R. This bioproject is about the data.
