GNSS-Surveyed Independent Check-Point Coordinates for Positional Assessment of Non-RTK UAV Georeferencing

This dataset contains the GNSS-surveyed coordinates of 33 independentcheck points used to assess the positional accuracy of non-RTK UAV-derivedorthoimages at three study areas in the Republic of Korea: Yonsei University(20 points), Gwangmyeong (7 points), and Anyang (6 points). The check points were used only for independent positional assessment andwere not used for GCP generation, control point transfer, bundle adjustment,or photogrammetric reconstruction control. Horizontal coordinates areprovided in KGD2002 / Central Belt 2010 (EPSG:5186), and elevations areorthometric heights in metres. The restricted NGII aerial orthoimages and DEMs and the raw UAV imagery arenot included in this dataset.
