<b>The Impact of Contralateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss on the Prognosis </b><b>of </b><b>i</b><b>diopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss</b>

This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 445 ISSNHL patients to explore the correlation between various clinical factors and prognosis, We compared baseline characteristics, clinical features, smoking history, illness duration, bilateral hearing levels,frequency classification, and hearing loss degree between groups，and with a particular focus on the potential impact of contralateral sensorineural hearing loss on ISSNHL prognosis.
