Sulfatide significantly promoted hepatocellular carcinoma cells survival, proliferation and angiogenesis. To understand the molecular mechanisms of sulfatide, the transcriptional profiles of lncRNAs in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC-7721 was investigated with ArrayStar lncRNA microarray with sulfatide treatment. Galactose-cerebroside treatment served as the control. Overall design: We analyzed the expression profiles of lncRNAs in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC-7721 with sulfatide treatment (three independent replicate samples named D1, D2, and D3), SMMC-7721 cells with Galactose-cerebroside treatment (three independent replicate samples named C1, C2, and C3). LncRNA expression profiles were evaluated by Arraystar Human LncRNA MicroArray v2.0.
