A poetical paraphrase of the Bahâr-i-dânish in mathnawî baits, incomplete at the end, by Ḥasan ‘Alî with the takhalluṣ ‘Izzat, who lived in the reign of Tipû Sulṭân (reigned in Maisûr or Mysore, A.H. 1197-1213=A.D. 1783-1799), to whom this work is dedicated. Beginning: بنام آنكه جان را داد در خاك زانجم ساخت روشن سقف افلاك No. 153, ff. 247, ll. 10-19 ; Shikasta, the first leaves supplied by a later hand, as it seems, ll. 9-12 ; size, 111/2 in. by 77/8 in.
