Data and Analysis Code For "Few-Mode and Anisotropic Quantum Transport in InSb Nanoribbons Using an All-van der Waals Material-Based Gate"

This zenodo repository consists of two Jupyter notebooks, which require the QCoDeS package to run, which generate the plots used in figures in the main and supplemental portions of the manuscript "Few-Mode and Anisotropic Quantum Transport in InSb Nanoribbons Using an All-van der Waals Material-Based Gate" by C. J. Riggert et al., published in Materials for Quantum Technology (2025). It also includes the SQLite3 databases which contain all plotted measurement runs. These databases also include all collected but unplotted data, which largely consists of tuneup measurements for the plotted datasets. For further requests involving this data or these plotting notebooks, please contact Vlad Pribiag (vpribiag@umn.edu) and Colin Riggert (rigge016@umn, at time of publication). We also include the linecut data for AFM cross section analysis in the figure making notebooks.
