资源简介:
The objective of this study was to examine the effects of maternal infection on offspring muscle methylation when the offspring themselves did not become infected during gestation. Gilts were inoculated with either PRRSV or sterile culture medium at 80d gestation. LD muscle samples were taken from uninfected male offspring at birth. Genomic DNA was extracted and underwent reduced representation bisulfite sequencing. Differential methylation went through pathway and gene ontology analysis. Overall design: 3 control gilts provided 8 offspring (control); 2 PRRSV inoculated gilts provided 8 offspring (PRRSV); total of 16 piglets in study
