AI startup venture investment in Russia 2015-2022

The value of venture investment deals with Russian startups developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions reached 51 million U.S. dollars in 2022, marking a decrease from 226 million U.S. dollars in the previous year. In 2019, a significant increase in the AI venture investment was recorded due to the deal with the cybersecurity company Acronis, valued at 147 million U.S. dollars.
