Frozen openFDA cosmetic adverse-event input downloaded on 5 September 2026, Python analysis scripts, derived tables, figure data and reproduction instructions for a descriptive study of event timing and report composition around the MoCRA transition. The original snapshot contains 85,511 report identifiers. The principal comparison periods contain 4,424 and 25,452 reports. Unknown-timing allocation bounds accompany the classified timing counts.The deposit includes the frozen input and original reproduction workflow, current source tables and figure data, updated Python plotting scripts, and instructions for reproducing the manuscript figures and separate panel files. The historical v011 label inside the reproduction archive identifies the preserved analysis package; this is the first public release of this combined deposit.Author-created tables and documentation are licensed under CC BY 4.0; original code is licensed under MIT. Upstream openFDA material retains its CC0 terms and any explicitly marked exceptions.
