microbioTA is a comprehensive database of microbiome in tumor tissue from Homo sapiens and Mus musculus. Microbiome has been found existing in tumor tissue and being associated with disease progression, while no related comprehensive online repository is available for searching these data. 302 GEO (Gene Expression Omnibus) Bioprojects from 25 tissues of Homo sapiens and 115 Bioprojects from 14 tissues of Mus musculus were collected, and microbiome sequence alignment was performed on these raw sequencing data.
