资源简介:
Stathmin 1 is a microtubules (MT)-destabilizing protein and, as such, it is critically involved in the regulation of mitosis, vesicular trafficking and cell motility. Since the integrity of the mammary gland relies on the maintenance of oriented cell division and apico-basal polarity and the preservation of these characteristics is essential for mammary gland functionality and for preventing breast cancer, it is important to evaluate the role of stathmin in this context. GEP experiments were performed in mouse mammary glands collected from pre-neoplastic 13 weeks-old WT and STM KO Δ16HER2 transgenic female mice, with Agilent platform. Bioinformatics analyses were performed by Gene Springs
