16S rRNA gene sequencing data of c57bl6 mice. A clone library was generated using the Ion Plus Fragment Library Kit, and sequencing was performed with Ion S5TM XL. Single-ended reads (400 bp/600 bp) were obtained and distinguished according to the unique barcode. After filtering and removing barcodes and primer sequences, clean reads were obtained. Sequences with a similarity of more than 97% were clustered into an operational taxonomic unit (OTU).
