the study aims to describe the modifications occurring the microglia isolated from mouse models of 2 lysosomal storage diseases: Mucolipidosis type 4 and fabry disease. FACS isolated microglia (Cx3cr1+cd45+cd11b+) in PBS+BSA were wash twice in PBS and RNA was extracted using trizol. Microglia were isolated from Fabry (Fab), Mucolipidosis type 4 (ML4) and littermate control (B6_plus)
