Transcriptional effects of spent media from different rhizobia strains of the species Sinorhizobiuma meliloti on Trichoderma velutinum

Here we report RNA-Seq data derived from transcriptome of Trichoderma velutinum MIAE00033 cultures treated with spent growth media from Sinorhzobium meliloti strains 1021, AK83, BL225C, and a cis-hybrid strain between 1021 and BL225C which harbours the symbiotic megaplasmid pSymA from BL225C strain and the chromosome and pSymB chromid of 1021 strain.
