Biomarkers of colorectal precancerous lesions

Study of expression profiles of human colorectal adenoma tissue with paired samples of adjacent unaffected mucosa. The aim of the study was to identify novel candidate biomarkers for precancerous stages of colorectal cancer. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for adenoma tissue and adajcent unaffected mucosa.
