The 12 Nautical Miles Zones (Territorial Seas) area is enclosed within the maritime delimitations of a coastal state extending 12 Nautical Miles seawards from the baselines (normal and straight where available). Original polygon data of the world distribution was acquired from the Marine Regions website. <o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p>The data was clipped to the extent of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization Region (NAFO). Please refer to the Terms of Use for this item. <o:p></o:p>
