Local_ancestries_results_AMR_EUR_AFR_Chagas_Disease.tsv

The local ancestry results file contains the p-values resulted from the local ancestry assessment in stage 1 Colombian samples using as reference: Native American (AMR), European (EUR) and African (AFR) populations from The 1000Genomes Project Phase 3 (1KGP ph3). This file has the following columns: CHR:POSITION, SNP_ID, P_AMR (p-value of the association test in the case of the AMR ancestry), P_EUR (p-value of the association test in the case of the EUR ancestry) and P_AFR (p-value of the association test in the case of the AFR ancestry). All the p-values are corrected by their genomic inflation factor.<br>
