scRNA-Seq and scMultiome (snRNA/ATAC) were performed on GFP+ cells from adult control and Rbpj-deleted mouse retinas with Gfap-Oct4 and Gfap-mCherry to profile changes in gene expression and chromatin accessibility Overall design: scRNA-seq were prepared on dissociated retinal cells using the 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3' Reagents Kit v3.1 (10X Genomics, Pleasanton, CA). Libraries were constructed following the manufacturer's instructions and were sequenced using Illumina NextSeq.
