SpliceMaps are tissue-specific splice-site annotations quantifying splice-site usage and modeling isoform competition. SpliceMaps can be used to detect aberrant splicing across human tissues with the aberrant splicing prediction model AbSplice. The pre-computed SpliceMaps provided here are under MIT license. devSpliceMap_hg19 contains developmental SpliceMaps for 15 timepoints.
