RNA-seq analysis of the gene expression profile regulated by Gadd45g in mouse ESCs

Purpose: The goals of this study is to analyze the gene expession pattern in mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) ovexpressed flag or mouse flag tagged gadd45g 46C mouse ESCs overexpressed flag or flag tagged gadd45g and cultured in serum-containing medium supplemented LIF were collected by using Trizol. These samples were sent to BGI (Shenzhen, China) company to do deep sequencing by using MGI2000.
