2bRAD sequencing for host genotyping of the anemone Anthopleura elegantissima and ITS2 amplicon sequencing for profiling anemone symbionts across an intertidal site on Catalina Island, CA. Host genotyping and symbiont profiling were used to evaluate how physiological baselines and thermal tolerance vary across fine-scale environmental gradients including within anemone aggregations and across aggregations acclimatized to different tidal heights.
