The attached files contain data used for the figures in the main text of Ying et al. Fractional change of scattering and absorbing aerosols contributes to Northern Hemisphere Hadley Circulation expansion.

Data includes the edge and strength of Hadley Circulation simulated by CESM as well as derived from ERA5 and MERRA-2 based on multiple matrix, AOD and SSA as well as zonal-mean meteorological fields differences between CESM simulations, and data derived from CMIP6 hist-aer simulations.

Code includes the matlab function to solve the Kuo-Eliassen equation and calculate linear trends based on Sen's Slope and significant test based on Mann-Kendall test.
