T cells from several separate single-cell RNAseq datasets from human RA synovial tissue were combined into one dataset. The dataset includes both previously published and new data. Overall design: Cryopreserved human synovial tissue samples from patients with rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis were disaggregated and processed for single-cell RNAseq. ***Please note that FASTQ files (for the new RA samples) will be uploaded to dbGaP since these are human patient samples**** ***Please note that raw data for the published synovial tissue samples from RA patients [amp] is available on dbGaP under accession number phs001457.v1.p1.
