Analysis code and derived intermediate data for the study quantifying molecular glioblastoma (IDH-wildtype WHO2021-reclassified grade 2/3 astrocytoma) as a concordant, ~50%-attenuated transcriptional intermediate of histological glioblastoma, using TCGA-LGG/GBM expression and 450K methylation, cBioPortal molecular/clinical annotation, GSE16011, and GLASS.
