Image J aggregate dimensions - aggregation experiments

Data contains long and short axes as well as volume derived from right cylinder and ellipsoid equations for the macroaggregates in jars used for aggregation experiments. Columns include treatment type, replciate number, number of aggregates, and corresonding long axis, short axis, and volume of each aggregate. Data was obtained using the software Image J.
