Raw soil dataset of the Vellar River Basin, Tamil Nadu

The dataset consists of georeferenced soil samples collected from 280 locations across the Vellar River Basin, Tamil Nadu, India. Each sampling point is represented by geographic coordinates recorded as latitude and longitude in decimal degrees using the WGS 84 coordinate reference system. The dataset includes measured soil physicochemical properties such as pH, electrical conductivity (EC), organic carbon (OC), and available macronutrients including nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K), along with soil textural fractions of sand, silt, and clay.
