In this project, we provide molecular insights into the response of Daphnia galeata against its parasite Caullerya mesnili, an ichthyosporean infecting the gut epithelium. We generated a transcriptomic dataset using RNAseq from parasite-exposed (vs. control) Daphnia, at different time points after parasite exposure.
