Temporal Dynamics of Cyanobacterial Bloom Community Composition and Toxin Production from Urban Lakes

The sequencing data in this project are derived from environmental sample taken from cyanobacterial blooms in three urban lakes from 9-1-2022 to 12-7-2022. DNA were extracted from 0.2 micron filters of lake water and gene amplifications were completed using cyanobacterial specific primers adapted with MiSeq adapters. Amplicons were sequenced using Illumina MiSeq Next-Generation Sequencing platform using V3 chemistry and 2 x 250 bp paired-end sequencing at the University of Rhode Island Molecular Informatics Core.
